Last updated: March 19, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TubeArchiver, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
TubeArchiver provides tools for downloading and archiving video content from YouTube for personal use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and YouTube’s Terms of Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use TubeArchiver. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use TubeArchiver only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you download and how you use it. You must not use the service to infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights.
5. Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. TubeArchiver cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
6. Payment, Subscriptions, and Lifetime Licenses
Paid subscription plans (Start and Pro) are billed annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases that grant you access to the purchased plan’s features for the lifetime of the TubeArchiver product. This means as long as TubeArchiver exists and is maintained, your license remains valid — including all future updates and new features within your plan tier. Lifetime licenses are tied to your account and are non-transferable.
Refund requests made within 30 days of purchase are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Lifetime licenses are non-refundable after 30 days. To request a refund, contact us at the email address listed below.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. TubeArchiver does not store your credit card information.
7. Intellectual Property
The TubeArchiver software, website, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by TubeArchiver. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with these terms. You retain full ownership of any content you download using the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
TubeArchiver is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. In no event shall TubeArchiver be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
